GENERAL
• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media with credit to me, @namachidyPAYMENTS
• Payment must be paid in full before I start working on your commission.
• Don't send any payment before I have agreed to accept the commission.REVISIONS
• Max revision : 3x
• Revisions are free of charge as long as they are sketches or only minor changes. More than that will be charged accordingly.
• Workflow : Sketch >> Revision >> Lining >> Revision (if needed) >> Rendering >> Revision (minor changes if needed) >> FinishedDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• The average processing time will take 2-3 weeks depending on the conditions / level of difficulty or the type of art style being worked on.
• Sorry, I can't accept requests to speed up work even though there will be additional costs.
• There is no need to rush, no short deadlines. I will start working according to the queue. Feel free to ask about the progress as I may have forgotten to give you an update.

• You will receive a original-resolution file of the final artwork commission via GDrive.USE
• Prices listed are for personal use only (personal print / banner, icon).
• Commissions can only be used by the respective commissioners or the ones who receive as gifts.
• If the art is used to promote your service or make profits (such as : Shop, Reseller, Merchandise, etc). you have to tell me in advance.
• Which includes commercial use of the rights : MV Illustration, Banner streaming / donation, Promotional material, etc.

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork or drawing process on social media, portfolio, and other purposes (unless we have discussed the deal beforehand).
• Client aren't permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTS). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
• I do not allow to use my art to generate AI art neither.

• There will be no refunds after payment or when I start working on your commission.
• If for any reason I'm unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
